Hello, My name is Vicki Roush and I am looking forward to the opportunity of working with you to help you reach your goals. I have been working in the field since 2008 and my specialities include sexual addiction, depression/anxiety, substance use, trauma/abuse and working with individuals with a history of incarceration and problematic behaviors. I enjoy seeing the change in people when they are able to see that their life can be different from how it is; when they are able to work through their challenges, shame/guilt or any number of things that have been holding them back from making changes. My approach is one that uses a cognitive behavioral approach, psychoeducational, motivational interviewing and a holistic approach that focuses on helping them to see that their past or current choices do not define them as a person. I believe that all people are capable of making changes and strive to treat everyone like a human, with honesty, without judgment, provide a safe and comfortable environment welcoming them to share about themselves.
