About Sarah David

As a doctoral level, fully licensed Psychologist, my goal is to help clients address and overcome obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their potential and living a rewarding and meaningful life while also fostering a sense of hope and agency in one's own life.

I work collaboratively to help individuals change ways of being that are no longer serving them, deepen understanding of relational dynamics, enhance self-awareness, understand the impact of the past on the present, and develop more effective skills and tools for coping. I draw upon empirically supported treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.

My areas of specialty included anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, trauma, perinatal and postpartum issues, adjustment to parenthood, grief and loss issues, transitions, adjustment to medical diagnosis, and career exploration.
