About Sandy Kriegish

Is stress or anxiety affecting work or school? Or are you facing a major life transition that you are not sure you can handle? Are you a parent who wants to know how to help your struggling child? Or maybe you are grieving the loss of a loved one (including a pet).

I specialize in anxiety, grief (especially the loss of a pet), depression, change and transition. I have training in CBT, solution-focused therapy, family and systems therapy, and use a mix of many therapies.

So many of us are struggling right now. Research shows that therapy helps, and it is a sign of strength to reach out for help. I would love to chat with you and see if I might be the right person to help you through this tough time.
