Farah Zoabi, MA, LLP
About Farah Zoabi
I specialize in providing therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults who are facing a wide range of challenges and concerns. My primary objective is to create a safe, confidential, and nurturing environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop effective strategies for managing everyday stressors, as well as addressing issues related to maladaptive stress, anxiety, and mood instability.
In our therapeutic relationship, I will offer unwavering support, empathy, and a non-judgmental presence. My aim is to enhance your self-awareness and equip you with valuable stress-management skills. I firmly believe that every individual is whole and complete, but also recognizes that personal growth is an ongoing journey.
Throughout my career, I have provided psychological treatment and assessment for individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, ranging from mild to severe, in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
While my training encompasses humanistic and psychodynamic interventions, I firmly believe in tailoring treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am dedicated to empowering clients to feel autonomous and self-determined in their therapeutic journey.
I offer flexible appointment availability, including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. To schedule an initial consultation, please reach out to me via email or phone. If you happen to reach my voicemail, kindly leave a message, and I will promptly respond to your inquiry.
