Bri Henige, MA LLP

Online Therapy, MI

About Bri Henige

I am a Limited Licensed Psychologist. I provide a range of services including but not limited to: How to manage and cope with stress, anger, depression, anxiety, heartbreak, life transitions, parenting and family issues, and college/education stress. As well as, how to process, work through, and find healing after a loss.

I love working with couples and helping them gain better problem-solving skills, have more meaningful communication, and help them create a deeper emotional connection with each other. If preferred by the Client, I also offer faith-based therapy.

I am here to offer a supportive ear, to help process unknown or scary emotions, to build hope, and shift negative thinking to positive thinking; to increase insight, help you reflect, challenge you and provide you with coping skills that help you through life's struggles so eventually you have the confidence and tools to become your own therapist.

We all have something to learn from where we stand. I aim to help my clients see the struggles they have overcome thus far and recognize how strong they truly are. I also aim to give my clients a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment to feel valued, heard and work towards becoming the best version of themselves.
