Welcome! Life burdens can be a very dark place. You feel all alone with no place to go. I have 22 years experience as a clinical social worker. I have been extensively trained by the Federal Government in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and PAIRS Certified Relationship Counseling. Through therapy we will partner together to assist you in gaining insight into your problems. and helping you to wholeness and inner peace.

When we peel back the layers that cause the pain we have the basis for a brighter place. I use many different therapeutic approaches, CBT, CPT, IPT to name a few to help you out of that dark place on the road to recovery.
