About Sharonda Taylor

Problems and overwhelming situations experienced in life can have a tremendous impact on our lives, but so can our response to those situations. My background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology allows me to help people increase their awareness of how their thinking impacts how they feel, and consider how their relationships, health, and/or spirituality impact one’s life. I aspire to counsel, coach, and encourage those who have encountered a barrier to achieving their life goals. I am confident that together we can address the roadblocks and empower you to use learned skills to succeed.

I am significantly skilled in the treatment of emotional and behavioral issues, including family stressors, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, depression, and bipolar disorder. I believe what sets me apart is my ability to use my gift of insight, humor, and compassion combined with my academic achievements and experiences. I also believe that everyone has a purpose in life, and possesses the tools needed to restore what appears to be shattered, broken, and unrepairable. I have 20 years of broad mental health experience, including 14 years of successful experience as a licensed Psychotherapist, helping a wide variety of adults, couples, and adolescents achieve their various goals.

I look forward to meeting you!
