About Rebekah Greilick

Hello, and welcome. I’m Rebekah, a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University. I believe that finding the right therapist is one of the most important steps in your healing journey—and I’m honored to be considered for that role.

My therapeutic style is an insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral approach that thoughtfully blends elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Psychodynamic perspective. This means I honor you as the expert in your own life while also providing education around the core principles of mental health. My role is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through intentional, reflective questioning, I support you in deepening your self-understanding, identifying patterns, and working toward lasting, meaningful change.

I work with adults 18 and over who are navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting clients who are seeking personal growth, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.

I practice under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Holdwick, Ph.D., a Licensed Psychologist and Dr. Jessica Hurlston, Psy.D., a Licensed Psychologist. We are committed to providing ethical, effective care tailored to your unique needs.

If you’re ready to begin or continue your journey of healing and self-discovery, I would be honored to walk alongside you
