Taking the first step toward therapy can be one of the hardest, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the journey. It’s all about the right fit, so I’ve shared a bit about myself below—but I also offer a free 15-minute consultation if you’d like to get a better sense of whether we’re a good match.
As a clinician, I believe healing happens in a space where people feel heard, understood, and safe to be themselves. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s unique experiences. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges, recognize their strengths, and develop meaningful ways to navigate life’s complexities.
I integrate evidence-based practices with a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet the individual’s needs. Whether we’re working through trauma, anxiety, relational difficulties, or life transitions, my goal is to foster resilience and self-awareness while providing tools that are both practical and empowering. I understand that change can be difficult, and I work collaboratively with my clients, offering support, validation, and guidance at a pace that feels right for them.
What drives me most in this work is the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they grow, heal, and rediscover their sense of self. I am committed to building a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to progress. My hope is that every client leaves our sessions feeling seen, supported, and more equipped to handle whatever life brings their way.
