Lynn Stock, Licensed Psychologist
About Lynn Stock
Greetings, I am Dr. Lynn Stock, a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My specialty is providing comprehensive evaluation services via telehealth that meet the needs of the individual in an empathetic way that fits into their current situation. I believe that thorough assessment of one’s current level of functioning, potential to acquire new skills, and identification of any limitations, is the key to successful treatment planning and essential to moving towards a life where individual self-concept, emotional well-being, overall health and interpersonal relationships are at peace not only across the daily environment one encounters (home, school, work, etc.) but across the lifespan (ages 18 through 90+). Evaluation services in general include: intellectual functioning/academic achievement, learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, interpersonal skills, mood state/personality characteristics, memory disorders (Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, etc.) as well as capacity (competency) evaluations for power of attorney activation, court ordered guardianship and/or protective placement. Education: I am a Marquette University Alumni having obtained my Doctorate in Psychology in 2006 and Master’s degree in 2000. It was during those years my interest peaked in studying how one’s developmental years shape not only personality traits and interpersonal relationships in general, but also contribute to cognitive abilities and physical health in adulthood. Prior to my experiences at Marquette, I completed my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1996) as a Double Major in Psychology and Communication during which time I also obtained certificates in Advanced Mediation and International Peace Studies.
