About Lynn Brown

As a therapist, I desire to understand my clients and use their experience, knowledge, and strengths to work as a team, assisting them to reach their maximum potential. I will incorporate the therapeutic process that is best suited to each client while also incorporating the power of the mind-body connection to assist my clients in attaining well-being. I will provide a non-judgmental, empathic, and compassionate environment that offers a safe place for healing and growth. Having many years of experience, I am comfortable and open to working with a myriad of issues. Also, I have significant training in substance use, mental illness, trauma, narcissistic abuse, and domestic violence.
