My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, and I draw from person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to provide the best support possible. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed, anger, grief, or trauma, we can work together to address your concerns and help you find healing.
