Hello There! I'm happy you’re here! My name is Jaribeth Disla. I am a licensed therapist and  graduate of Wayne State University with my Masters of Social Work. My practice is patient-centered and empathy driven. I provide treatment for mild/moderate mental health issues, trauma, substance use disorders, lgbtqia+ issues, and more. Additionally, I am skilled in varying therapy approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Motivational-Interviewing, and Mindfulness/Meditation. 

My goal is to provide my clients with a safe productive space to be their authentic selves while working through difficult thoughts and feelings. I want to understand my clients' experience and meet them where they are at. Therapy can be scary but I am here to guide and support you through the process!
