There are times when, deciding how to navigate life, one might run up against obstacles they aren’t sure how to find the next step. Let me introduce myself, I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with 20 years of experience.   I have had a diverse professional career in which I have been challenged many times. This aided in my growth as a professional.   After having many years in outpatient counseling. I decided to open a outpatient mental health clinic.  I was also a director of inpatient substance abuse treatment center. My passion for people lead me to hospice care, which in turn, it served to enhance my perspective on life. I use many different counseling modalities which include cognitive behavioral strategies, strength based, and client centered.  My goal as a therapist is to listen, enhance ones self-esteem, offer new coping skills and aid in problem solving. The outcome may offer you to take a different path in finding the happiness that you are searching for.  I am compassionate, understanding and I sometimes I use humor to make your therapeutic experience well rounded.
