About Halie Byrd

Hello! There are many reasons you may be seeking additional support right now. Maybe you or your child are experiencing anxiety, persistent sadness, behavioral problems, difficulties in the school setting, or you are just looking for extra support to navigate a major life decision or hardship. I am here to listen and help you take the first steps to build your confidence and develop the skills to overcome the challenges you and your family are experiencing.

As a therapist, I believe we all have individualized needs and strengths, and strong relationships are the key to success. I work closely with my clients to help them enhance their relationships with those around them to empower them, build their resiliency, and strengthen their support systems. I help my clients to identify their strengths and teach them to utilize these strengths, and develop skills to overcome the challenges they are experiencing. I, also, believe therapy should be fun. I often incorporate creative elements, such as drawing, writing, story telling, and games into my sessions. This helps me to connect with my clients on a more meaningful level while cultivating important skills, working towards their goals and helping them to overcome their challenges.

Together, we are stronger. If you are ready to take the next steps and begin working towards your and your family's future please feel free to contact me.
