About Halee Grams
Life can be challenging and not managing the various stressors can lead to conflicts in relationships, negative thoughts and emotions, and feeling disconnected. My focus is helping individuals to better understand their self and better manage their stress and anxiety.
I am experienced with using Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatments. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a type of treatment that can help with learning how to better connect and manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will explore any dysfunctional thinking patterns you may have, and you will learn to better process thoughts, manage triggers, and identify realistic coping skills. I am here to be a support and help to teach you skills, while approaching concerns in a trauma-informed and person-centered manner.
