About Frank Almaflahi

Making the decision to seek therapy is a courageous step toward improving your current situation. I am aware that finding the right therapist is another important step in your journey. I understand that every successful therapy experience begins with a genuine and honest connection between client and therapist. I work with my clients to create a safe, warm, and supportive environment that allows clients to explore and manage their most pressing concerns.

I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist with a master’s degree in clinical social work and an Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor. I use evidence-based and research-supported psychological approaches to assist my clients in managing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship problems.

Whether you are in a profound crisis, experiencing a major life transition, struggling with your relationships, or simply interested in better understanding who you are and how you work, therapy can provide a safe space to foster meaningful changes. I encourage you to contact me for more information about my practice.
