Therapy is an opportunity to fulfill your potentials and achieve a happier, more meaningful life. When you're given the opportunity to examine your thoughts and feelings without judgement, you can come to conclusions that will help you get "unstuck", and commit to the actions that you know will benefit you.

My sessions are a blend of exploration and structure. During the first half of our session, we'll open the space up to whatever's on your mind, and discuss any significant updates since our last session. During the second half, we'll practice concrete skills, reflect on takeaways, and set intentions for our next session. Over time, this process will lead us to making concrete improvements, and course-correct as necessary.

Scheduling with me is simple. Choose a date and time for our initial intake, and I'll help to coordinate future sessions in a way that's convenient for you. As a therapist, I've come to value consistency, because it seems to foster the most effective therapeutic relationships.
