About Fanta Doumbia
Are you longing to prioritize your mental health? Struggling to find a therapist who can authentically understand all aspects of your identities? Personally, I relate to these challenges! As a Black, African, Muslim-woman I empathize with the importance of finding a culturally competent therapist, who makes one feel seen and heard in the journey of self-discovery and healing.
As your therapist, shared experiences create the foundation for rooted empathetic connections! It's important to me that you feel safe, understood, and supported as we navigate your path to healing together. I offer a space that is free from judgment and filled with care and empathy for your well-being.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based approaches, and mindfulness interventions to support your mental health goals. I also acknowledge the significance of spirituality in mental well-being and can include faith-based interventions if desired.
I look forward to embarking on this journey with you, where you’ll no longer need to show up in parts—but as whole.
