About Emily Hawley

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Trauma and stressful life situations can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, the people around us, and the life we want to live. This often results in anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, unsafe behavior, or emotional overwhelm. I’m here to help you process the past and build resilience for the future in a warm and welcoming environment. Together, we will create practical goals that meet your unique needs and desires.

I use a combination of a safe and personal therapeutic relationship with evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Whether through conversation, play, or other creative outlets, I’m here to walk alongside you through the complexities of trauma, ongoing stressful situations, and life transitions in a way that feels most helpful for you.

Reach out today—you’re not alone. Sessions can be scheduled online through my personal booking link or by calling the office. Telehealth or in-person sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
