About Cindy Mannino-Zedo

My mission as a therapist is to provide a strength based, patient-centered environment where individuals can safely explore their emotions and learn healthy ways to cope. Emotions like sadness, worry and joy often co-exist, and we will work together to uncover the joy within, even in challenging times.

I am a therapist who uses a compassionate and supportive approach to help clients work through trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I believe that with the right tools and support, it is possible to find a balance between pain and joy while moving through your healing journey.

Your feelings matter, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I encourage you to reach out and schedule an appointment — taking that first step can feel daunting, but it’s a meaningful step toward healing and growth. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
