Ciandra Syms is a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of clinical experience supporting adults in reaching their fullest potential and optimal emotional wellness. Ciandra completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, followed by a bachelor's of social work at the University of Windsor. She then completed a Master's in Social Work at Wayne State University and has spent her career focusing on mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Ciandra works diligently to establish a warm and welcoming rapport with clients to support them through self-growth in cases of life changes, relationship issues, self-care, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using a variety of counseling techniques, including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, she caters her service to clients based on their individual needs and goals for wellness-based treatment. Ciandra is certified in EMDR and utilizes evidence-based practices to best support an individual's goals
