About Brenda Wilcox-Kronner

Life changes happen to everyone, but they can sometimes leave us feeling lost, confused or unsure what to do next. Whether you’re dealing with an empty next, mourning the loss of a loved one, experiencing depression and/or anxiety or facing health issues that are making it hard to enjoy life, you’re not alone. If parenting, pregnancy or fertility struggles are part of what’s weighing you down it’s normal to feel vulnerable or unsure. Feeling sad, anxious or isolated doesn’t mean you’re weak – it shows how much you care about the things that matter most to you.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and am certified in School Social Work. With over 25 years of experience, I have provided mental health care, substance use treatment, crisis intervention, and school-based services. Being married to a first responder with two adult daughters, I bring both personal and professional insight to my work.

I take a client-centered, trauma informed approach to my work using elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I’m here to provide you with a safe and welcoming space as you navigate this journey.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals to live your best life.
