About Brad Kolano

Brad Kolano earned his BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2010 and his MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University in 2013. He launched his career in South Bend, Indiana where he provided intensive, in-home therapy to individuals and families. He then transitioned to a private practice in Valparaiso where he primarily worked with individuals and couples.

-In individual therapy, he helps clients manage difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem/confidence, and relationship issues.

-In couple's therapy, he provides guidance in areas such as communication, intimacy/connection, trust, and infidelity.

Brad strives to create a genuine connection with clients by using a nonjudgmental, understanding approach, while offering effective ideas and tools to promote change. He provides active listening and problem solving so that clients feel comfortable, and work toward improved success and happiness in life!
